Eddie Merlot’s Adds Italian Flair

Clams Posillipo – Littleneck Clams simmered in tomato sauce, clam broth and garlic butter

Flatbread – with grilled figs, arugula and prosciutto

Entrees
Pork Osso Bucco – Dubroc Farms pork shank braised Osso Bucco style with roasted potatoes

Short Rib Bolognese – Rich tomato meat sauce with braised short rib of beef over pappardelle

Twin Filets Florentine Style – Twin filets over sautéed garlic spinach and tomatoes

Shrimp and Scallops Scampi over Pasta – Jumbo shrimp and sea scallops sautéed Scampi style over pasta

Seared Red Snapper with Lobster Pasta – Pan-seared red snapper filets with pasta tossed with lobster pieces and cream
