On Wednesday, Oct. 27, Cincinnatians can take a Far Eastern voyage simply by attending a special wine dinner at Asiatique, 2010 Bistro and Lounge (9228 Centre Pointe Dr., West Chester) celebrating the flavors of Asia. The five-course dinner begins at 6 p.m. and will feature wine pairings from Vintner Select, known for importing and distributing wines of excellence from around the world. Asiatique chef Tuan Phan, who created the menu with Eastern-inspired dishes using elements and ingredients from distinctive Asian cultures, will be on hand to talk about the different ingredients and philosophies of his modern Asian cuisine.
