Hudepohl-Schoenling Brewing Company, ‘Americas Great Small Brewery’ and Hoperatives, (Cincinnati’s community beer group) is proud to announce a beer and foodie experience from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Thursday September 30, 2010 at City Cellars.
Featuring the new 125th Anniversary Hudepohl Amber Lager and chef Josh Campbell, of Mayberry - beer lovers can mix and mingle as they sample the latest brew from Hudepohl-Schoenling Brewing Co. Chef Campbell has created a menu worth savoring – most notably his Hudepohl Amber Lager Mustard Glazed Baby Back Ribs.
The lager is amber in color with a malty body, a touch of hops, with low units of bitterness – a premium experience for the domestic beer drinker whose looking to experience a more flavorful beer.
The price is $15 per person and includes dinner and three beer tickets. Availability is limited.
