Boca Will Host Giorgio Rivetti for a Fine Wine Tasting and Dinner

Known for unique dining experiences, Boca Restaurant is proud to offer a special dinner with La Spinetta co-owner and lead winemaker, Giorgio Rivetti. The six-course dinner prepared by executive chef David Falk will be paired with seven of Rivetti’s wines from Vintner Select on Wednesday, September 23 at 6:30 p.m. The cost of the evening is $150 per person and does not include tax and gratuity. Giorgio Rivetti, who has been called one of Italy’s best winemakers, co-owns what is potentially the most acclaimed winery in Italy, La Spinetta, with his brothers Bruno and Carlo. Since it was begun by their father in 1977, the Rivetti brothers have expanded the winery to include over 400 acres of vineyards in the Italian wine countries of Piedmont and Tuscany. There, the brothers make some of the finest wines in Italy, particularly praised are their Barbaresco and Sangiovese varieties. Giorgio and his award-winning wines have been featured in numerous American magazines including Wine Spectator, Food & Wine and Travel & Leisure as well as German, Italian and Canadian publications.
