Morton's Welcomes Jeff Bueche as General Manager for Cincinnati

Morton’s The Steakhouse, renowned for its signature menu and legendary hospitality, announces the addition of Jeff Bueche as general manager for the Cincinnati restaurant.

Bueche brings more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry to the Cincinnati Morton’s. In his position as general manager, Bueche will oversee day-to-day operations, sales and marketing, development and training of staff and management, and financial responsibility while upholding Morton’s tradition of quality and excellence. Before coming to Morton’s Cincinnati, he previously served as general manager of Morton’s in Columbus, Ohio, and Honolulu, Hawaii, as well as a traveling chef for the company.

Before joining Morton’s, Bueche held a variety of culinary positions with a number of country clubs and resorts, including La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Ca., Pinehurst Golf Resort in N.C., and The Cloister in Sea Island, Ga.

Bueche holds a culinary degree from the State University of New York and also completed an American Culinary Federation apprenticeship.

He currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
