Buffalo Wings & Rings is continuing an incredible growth streak with the opening of a family-owned location in its hometown of Cincinnati, OH. The newest Buffalo Wings & Rings is owned and operated by Alan and Amal Alsabbagh. The brand new eatery is now open in the Food Court at Northgate Mall, 9587 Colerain Avenue.
The husband-and-wife team is excited to open a counter service variation of the classic Buffalo Wings & Rings fast-casual restaurant. As part of the Food Court at Northgate Mall, the restaurant will offer shoppers and mall employees a full menu of popular Buffalo Wings & Rings options.
“Northgate Mall is a vibrant location with a bright future, and we are happy to be a part of a great retail environment,” Alan said. “We established a good reputation during the past three years at our previous location in Cincinnati Mills, so everyone at Northgate Mall is very excited that we are open. People love our food.”
Last year, Buffalo Wings & Rings achieved the top spot on Restaurant Business magazine’s annual “The Future 50” list, a ranking of the top 50 fastest-growing restaurant chains in the country. The chain also ranked in the top 500 franchises in the January 2009 issue of Entrepreneur.
The Buffalo Wings & Rings menu boasts a wide array of fare suited to both adults and kids, including traditional and boneless Buffalo-style wings, and hand-breaded chicken tenders – all available in nine sauces with five customizable levels of heat. Guests are encouraged to dunk their favorite wings in the Buffalo Wings & Rings homemade bleu cheese dressing. Buffalo Wings & Rings is bringing five jobs to Northgate Mall. Alan and Amal are proud to be part of the Cincinnati community, and already have planned a slate of weekly promotions, including 49-Cent Wings on Tuesdays and 99-Cent Chicken Tenders on Thursdays.
