Chefs Paul and Pam Sturkey announce the roll out their new Fall/Winter Menus which we be available beginning October 6, 2008. The fall menu ‘line up’ includes some of the mesh mainstays (and guest favorites) like the smoked chicken and andouille flatbread, the pepper crusted ahi tuna, and the great variety of delicious angus pride steaks; some of our exciting new items are listed below (a complete set of menus is attached). And, in response to the overwhelming requests by guests, Chef Pam Sturkey has brought back her scrumptious crème brûlée, which she has affectionately titled [on the menu], “alright already! ... crème brûlée”.
