Shin Elevates All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ to Hollywood Standards

Fans of Simon Shin's delectable Korean fare now have another reason to salivate. The noted restaurateur, who grew up in the Koreatown kitchens of his family owned eateries, has now introduced all-you-can-eat offerings at his stylish Hollywood outpost.

For just $25, visitors get unlimited portions of any of the seven dishes on this special, value-priced menu. Included are favorite dishes such as Shin's Famous Ribs--a juicy, bone-in prime rib that arrives tableside after marinating three days in a bath of Shin's secret sauce Also on tap is BBQ chicken, spicy pork, thin sliced brisket, spicy chicken, thick sliced pork belly and marinated Spencer steak (bulgogi), a melt-in-your-mouth k-town delicacy. And as always, every single morsel is free of MSG.

Unlimited portions are already a popular Koreatown practice. Simon Shin combines flavorful, traditional recipes with a sleek and modern setting, offering visitors an experience that can't be replicated.

This value-priced menu allows cravings to be quelled in a convenient Hollywood location among plentiful street parking and a curbside valet. A dark, sensual décor and exotic jellyfish tank add ambience not found amid traditional Korean restaurants. In addition to an all-you-can-eat feast of Shin's favorites, diners will also enjoy an array of traditional Korean bbq side dish staples (banchan) including homemade kimchi, an ancient pickled cabbage delicacy, and house-crafted dipping sauces.

A full bar featuring signature, house-designed libations complete Shin's traditionalist-with-a-twist mantra.

Never before has Korean barbeque been this cool.

Shin is located at 1600 Wilcox Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028; 323-464-4100; www.shinbbq.com. Reservations suggested. Reservations required for parties of more than 8.
