Vito’s Café and the American Heart Association announce a collaboration with a contest titled “Favorite Singing Valentine.” This creative fundraising effort supports the educational programs of the AHA and the life saving research it funds to reduce the effects of heart disease in women.
During the most loved holiday season of the year, the contest will begin on Friday, February 11 and continue through Monday, February 14 – Valentine’s Day. Diners will have the opportunity to make a donation to the AHA by choosing their favorite singing server as their “Favorite Singing Valentine.”
Throughout the weekend singing servers will be outfitted with a red heart identifying their name for diners to vote for their favorite singing valentine. At the end of the weekend, the ballots will be counted and the 1st and 2nd place favorite singers will be associated with the highest donation. The winners will receive live entertainment in their home for a special occasion, or a special event at a mutually acceptable date and time -- all compliments of Vito & Mary, proprietors of Vito’s Café.
