Eddie Merlot’s Introduces New Menu

Whether you’re hungry for one of the classics or something a little different, Eddie Merlot’s new menu is sure to satisfy.

Eddie’s has added a new selection of appetizers, salads, sides and entrees that compliment the eatery’s signature prime aged beef and seafood selections.

Start your evening off with refreshing appetizers like Eddie’s new Sweet and Spicy Rock Shrimp with a fun and unique presentation and flavors to match. Or try the Tempura Shrimp Maki Roll or Lump Crabmeat “Wraps” overflowing with colossal pieces of fresh crabmeat.

Go green with three exciting new salads. The Merlot Iceberg features a crisp baby iceberg head topped with eggs, fresh bacon, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives and pickled onions. The Romaine “Waldorf” is a bed of baby romaine hearts, Granny Smith apples, candied pecans, and juicy red grapes topped with maple apple cider vinaigrette. And our Bibb lettuce salad uses a tender head of Bibb lettuce with avocado slices, hearts of palm, grape tomatoes, bacon and pistachio nuts topped with champagne honey vinaigrette.

In addition to new appetizer and salad selections, Eddie’s now offers specialty entrees like a 16 oz. Prime bone-in New York Strip, Winemaker’s Steak, Meyer Lemon Chicken, Pan-Seared Duck Breast, and Cedar-Plank Salmon.

Eddie’s new side items are the perfect addition to any entree. Pair your meal with selections like Oven-roasted Mushrooms, Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with bacon, cippollini onions and parmesan cheese, or new and improved Sautéed Spinach.

And don’t leave without trying a new decadent dessert: Eddie’s Peanut Butter Cup, which brings together peanut brittle crust, peanut butter filling, chocolate ganache, and caramel ice cream.
