I have been on fullbar for one week. I am surprised to say that they really work. I love the double chocolate cocoa bars. They are so good. I also like the peanut butter ones. I am excited because this is the first diet that has shown me promise and as my friends and family know, I have failed at a lot of them. I have already lost 4 lbs and ready to get to my goal that I have been trying to reach for 15 years.
