BRIO’s new menu, beginning April 12, is sure to highlight the freshness of the season with unique options for any time of the day. Perfect for sharing, the Duetto Tuscano, meaning “Tuscan dips”, consists of two housemade dips- warm Chorizo Fonduta with Pinot Noir onions, leeks and roasted garlic, and chilled Pepper Formaggio Dip with fresh cilantro- served with toasted ciabatta, $8.95 for a lunch portion and $9.95 for dinner, and the Shrimp and Chorizo Bruschetta, with Fontina cheese, creamed leeks, marinated tomatoes and arugula, $11.50 for lunch and $11.95 for a dinner portion. Try the crisp Strawberry Chicken Balsamic Salad, with grilled chicken, grapes, candied pecans, Gorgonzola, and herb vinaigrette, $13.95. For dinner, indulge in Beef Medallions with Shrimp Scampi, $21.95, or Citrus Chicken with Shrimp Scampi, $17.95. BRIO’s Brunch menu, offered Saturdays and Sundays until 3:00 p.m. boasts these novel additions: Grilled Chicken and Chorizo Benedictano, $11.50, White Chocolate Raspberry French Toast, $10.25, and Spinach & Portobello Mushroom Strata, baked with buttery diced croissants, egg, Pinot Noir onions, oven dried tomatoes and Parmesan cream and served with an Apple Strawberry Field Greens salad, $10.95.
Beginning April 13, BRIO celebrates Martini Night every Wednesday with $5 Sobieski Martinis! The Martini Night menu offers BRIO classics such as the Flirtini, Lemontini, Razzberitini, Dirty Martini and Ultimate Cosmopolitan as well as debuts unique originals sure to please any Martini enthusiast: Caramel Apple, Raspberry Truffle, Caramel Chocolate, Paradiso, Lemon Basil Crush and Chocolate Raspberry.
