Vito & Mary Ciepiel, owners of Vito’s Café, located in Ft. Thomas KY, are proud to offer some very special menus for the holidays: White Christmas Eve Candlelight Buffet on Thursday December 24, 2009 from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. and the annual New Year’s Eve Gala on Thursday December 31, 2009, with seatings at 6 & 9 p.m.

White Christmas Eve Candlelight Buffet

Please join the Vito’s Café staff in celebrating the night before Christmas with some family fun and your favorite holiday melodies. The rooms will be outfitted with warm glowy lights, a milieu of Christmas décor and your favorite singing servers.

Carving Station: Roasted Turkey Breast with Dijon cream, Pork Braciole stuffed with goat cheese & melted leeks

Buffet: Lemon Sole with beurre blanc & braised fennel, Three Cheese Ravioli with Verdicchio cream, Potatoes au Gratin, White Balsamic Roasted Cauliflower with braised garlic and Penne all’Alfredo

Desserts: Panna Cotta with Lavender-Vanilla Cream, White Chocolate Cheesecake and Crème Brulee
